Q: Do I get instructions after purchase DMA hardware?
After your order is accepted, and order went from "On Hold" to "Processing", you will recieve full guide in your email.

Q: Q:What is a DMA fusion device? 
Our fuser uses your two monitors and fuses the inputs together allowing for you to get other stuff from software on your main screen ( 3sp)

Q: Do I need same two monitors to use fusion device?
No you wont need two of the same monitors, you will need only one as the both PCs connect to one.

Q: What is the read/write speed on your DMA memory reader?
On USB3.0 you will get around 4000-6000, and on USB3.2 you will get about 6000-9000+. Another factor is the quality of your 2nd PC (RAM speed, Processor, etc.)

Q: Do i need to purchase anything else before I receive my products?
We provide all cables needed so you do not need to go out of your way, however if you have purchased the fusion device you will need CR2025 batteries for the remote ( can be found on amazon or other shops )

Q: if Buy the DMA device, What are the requirements for both PC’s?
Needs a free pcie slot, 4 cores minimum and 8gb ram minimum. Usb 3.0 needed- 2nd pc can be a laptop!

Q: From where are you shipping?
We ship from Hongkong,China.

Q: How long does shipping take ?
If you buy the DMA Hardware, We use Fedex/DHL/UPS to ship worldwide , It usually takes 3-8 days at most.

Q: What about import tax?
Customs and import taxes are full responsibility of the buyer, we can help you if you need more information.
